Don’t start from where you are, start from what you want with God from where you are. What you want paints the picture of your future. That picture is the catalyst for motion. Each time you wake up; try to awaken the essence of being alive. If you don’t have the essence of living, confusion, conflict and frustration will set in. If you don’t know where you are going, anywhere will look like it. But anywhere leads to nowhere. That is why a concise effort should be made to certify your destination.
What drives individuals differs, what each wants out of life differs. Yes, we may not be able to persuade a duck to go to the eagle’s school, but we should encourage a duck to get the best out of its endowment. Not many want to fly like an eagle, no matter how much you try, a fish can never be satisfied outside water, but many are wonderful in their habitat. The encouragement is that you should ensure you thrive where you are planted. Just as people are motivated towards eagle‘s attributes, duck’s attributes are a must for man in times of challenges. As you aim like the eagle, be like a duck, smooth and unruffled on top, but paddling furiously underneath.
Man possesses the most complex attributes among animals. We have soul, which offers the ability to think and create. No other animal share that attribute, no matter how close. There is no animal that cannot be tamed, except man. What can be done to man is to bring the best out of him.
That best of man is a glory to mankind. It has to be encouraged for the next generation to live better life than the previous. It was the best of Wright brothers that gave the breakthrough in air transportation. It was the best of Thomas Edison that lighted the whole world. It was the best of Indira Ghandi that offered revolution without bloodshed. The best of Bill Gates and Steve Jobs produced a revolution in the Personal Computer world. Thus, great effort should be made to make every young man to envision greatness where he is planted.
As constructive as the best of man is to the world, so destructive will he be, if the creative mindset 
is channeled toward a wrong path. Imagine these destructive attributes being channeled rightly, the kind of destructions witnessed in the world today would have been prevented.
Every man is created with two options, good and bad. Bringing the good side to maximum exploit offers such soul a generational blessing to himself and to humanity. He will enjoy it to the fullest on earth and in eternity. But when the wrong side becomes manifested, early death to such soul becomes inevitable, no matter how ingenious he is.
The kind of love you have for yourself will determine the love you will radiate to humanity. Every man is awesome if he is able to tap out the best of the good side of his life. Thus, Love is a very vital tool to have an enviable vision of the future.
